Within the past month I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I am overwhelmed and confused. I have always had an irregular period but every doctor I have ever been too has said not too worry about it.

I am really depressed about my weight. I am recently divorced and my exhusband always gave me a hard time about my weight and he was so shallow that my weight was one of the reasons that he left me.
